Cross County Groups

There are seven different groups:

• Senior Orchestra
• Junior Orchestra
• Symphonic Band
• Senior Brass Band
• Junior Brass Band
• Senior Harp Consort
• Junior Harp Consort

The groups meet once a month and work towards an annual concert in the spring. The county groups provide an opportunity for the pupils to take part in ensembles which offer more of a challenge than the regional groups, where they can expand their repertoire and experience of playing with experienced conductors and tutoring staff.
